    Managed Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. Technology Program Manager to lead an enterprise federal program on-site in Albuquerque, NM. The Program Manager will oversee the total planning, implementation, management and performance of all task areas including operational budgeting and support of multiple sites across the country.


    This is a fulltime, salaried/benefited opening which is dependent on multi-year award. Local candidates will only be considered.


    • Must possess experience managing complex projects/programs from design and
      development to production.
    • Ability to define requirements and plan project lifecycle
    • Ability to define and schedule project/program implementations.
      Demonstrated experience in risk mitigation and contingency planning.
    • Experience in planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Extensive experience in directing and overseeing project engineering teams and managing conflicts within a group.
    • Ability to perform team assessments and evaluations.
    • Ability to efficiently and effectively identify and solve project issues.
    • Demonstrated leadership to define requirements for project risk.
    • Ability to design and maintain technical and project documentation.


    • A minimum of 5 years of project management or IT Management.
      A minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
    • Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
      Program Manager requires scheduling and budgeting experience to effectively and
      efficiently manage a large workforce.
