Sealaska Environmental Services (SES) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager III/Risk Assessor to join our team in Poulsbo, WA, as soon as possible. This is a pro-rated, part-time/salaried and benefited role (slated for 25-30 hours per week initially) which will support multiple initiatives.
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the completion of the firm’s largest and most complex projects in a timely fashion according to the company standards. Usually involves continuous client contact from the proposal stage to project completion. Provides overall project direction to the project team(s) while providing information about the status of the project to others in the firm. Project scope is high in revenue and high in complexity. Conduct and provide expertise in human health and ecological risk assessment, community relations and facilitation, ecological and biological assessments, environmental site assessments, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of a Master degree in related field such as chemistry, biology, environmental science.
Minimum Experience: 15 years’ minimum combined experience in project management, environmental consulting, investigation, remediation, and risk assessment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, use hands to finger, handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; bending or crouching; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
